The University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) will offer seats in language courses listed below to any interested student in the State University System (SUS) or Florida College System (FCS). We ask that you only pursue the UF SLP option if your current institution does not offer the language you are requesting. Permission is required from your home institution. These courses will all be taught online (either synchronously or asynchronously). Students must obtain permission from their home institutions prior to enrollment in any of the courses listed below and complete a transient form through Florida Shines.
Through the common course numbering system, students will be able to enroll in these courses, and upon completion, transfer credit to their home institutions. SUS students who successfully complete a course will be given preferential enrollment for the next course in the sequence.
- FALL TERMS: Beginner 1 language class
- Spring TERMS: Beginner 2 language class
- We currently offer Intermediate Turkish 1 in Fall terms and Intermediate Turkish II in Spring terms as our only intermediate SLP courses available at this time.
