TL1 Clinical/Translational Graduate Training Program
The UF CTSI has announced a call for graduate student applicants for the TL1 clinical / translational graduate training program for students interested in a career in multidisciplinary, translational biomedical research in ANY HEALTH-RELATED FIELD that uses a team science approach. LETTER OF INTENT IS DUE APRIL 2, 2010. Visit the CTSI site for more information on the grant.
2010 Census
This March, the 2010 Census will arrive in every Gainesville resident’s mailbox. The responses will directly affect the distribution of more than $400 billion in federal funding. Off-campus students must fill out the form with their housemates and return it by mail before April 1. For more information, visit www.YouMeCensUS.com.
University Scholars Program
The University Scholars Program is run through the University Honors Program and provides a $2,000 stipend for undergraduates to carry out research and scholarship with a mentor and up to $500 in travel funds to present their research at a conference. Deadline for student applications in February 22nd.

University Women's Club Scholarships
The University Women's Club awards scholarships each spring to undergraduate Juniors and Seniors. The requirements for consideration include full time enrollment at the University of Florida, current Junior or Senior status, a minimum of a 3.6 GPA, and participation in campus and/or community activities. In addition, there are two awards specifically designated for undergraduate or graduate students with a disability that are presented from the Rita O'Connell Scholarship Foundation.
